You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell Service data without a written license; interfere with the Service's operation; or misrepresent Micah data as your own. For data licensing, contact contactus@micahmarkets.com.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including index methodologies, design, and content, is owned by Micah Group Inc. and protected by applicable law. Underlying market data remains subject to the terms of its originating exchanges.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Micah Group Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service. See the Disclaimer.

1. What we collect

We collect the email address you provide when subscribing; basic usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, device/browser type); and the content of questions you submit to Ask Micah.

2. Ask Micah questions

Questions typed into Ask Micah — including questions submitted from the homepage ask bar and custom index themes — may be logged and reviewed to improve the product, tune answers, and surface popular topics. Do not include personal or sensitive information in questions. Logged questions are associated with usage data, not with your name.

3. How we use information

To operate and improve the Service, deliver email briefings you request, and understand aggregate usage. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (e.g. email delivery, analytics), and as required by law.

5. Retention and choices

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in each email. To request deletion of your data, contact contactus@micahmarkets.com.
